Early start to get down to Lee Valley for the Mencap National Squad training day. Small group and training session worked really well.

Whilst we were there a number of athletes from GB Olympics team were there training and filming, so we got to share the track with Marlon Devonish and Dwain Chambers. Here is a picture of me and Marlon who very kindly took time out of training to come and say hello to us

I will have a number of indoor national competitons this year but my next International Competition is in May 2012 when I go to the Azores to defend my world records for the 100m, 200m 400m and Longjump.
