This weekend I went to Chester where we as a team met up for the final time, the Special Olympics put on a farewell party for all the athletes, coaches and officals who went out to athens.

It was a time to celebrate what we had all achieved look back over photos, have a party and let our hair down for a weekend before training starts in earnest for 2012.

I said bye to the rest of the athletics team but know I will see most of them on the circuit next year, big thanks to Tony Pert-Jones our head coach and to Lesley and Sue.
